How to start using Growth ERP

You can record a first sale after creating an account and adding products.

    Create an account

    Register at https://erp.growthlogic.co.ke/register with the business name and an email address. The Starter plan is free for one user.

    Add products

    Enter what you sell, with a price and a stock quantity. Starter includes up to 20 products. Business and Enterprise include unlimited products.

  3. 03

    Record a sale

    Sell from the Growth ERP point of sale in the browser, or install the Windows, macOS, Debian/Ubuntu, or Android app. Stock and the customer record update from that sale.

  4. 04

    Submit to KRA eTIMS when a sale should be filed

    Review the invoice, then submit it. Nothing is filed until that step. Business onboarding includes a one-time setup fee of KES 60,000.

Does Growth ERP file invoices with KRA eTIMS?

Growth ERP can prepare a sale and submit an electronic tax invoice to KRA eTIMS. A synced invoice from Xero or another system is not sent to KRA until you submit it. API-created invoices follow the same eTIMS path as a sale made in the dashboard when the organisation is registered for eTIMS.

Can Growth ERP connect to Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Glovo?

Yes. Growth ERP connects with Xero, NexTech ERP, Pharmacore, QuickBooks, Glovo, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Africa's Talking. An API is available for any system that can send HTTP requests. Integrations and API access are on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Is Growth ERP only a point of sale, or a full ERP?

Growth ERP is both. The point of sale records a sale. The same account keeps inventory, customers, purchases, expenses, income, and accounting, including quotations, invoices, and credit notes. Multi-branch support starts on the Business plan.
